We are looking for an Operational Change Co-ordinator
What this job involves :
Ambassador for Change
- Embrace and embody the view of one way of working’.
- Work with Change Leads to build awareness within UK PAM of the need for change and demonstrate a desire to participate in change, including the assisting with evaluation and sign-off of change activity.
- Advocate the need for change and help to translate this across the UK PAM Operational Teams as needed.
- Act as a Business Analyst Co-ordinator to support UK PAM Operational colleagues through the change and be an active advocate for the benefits that the change will bring.
- Create awareness of the specifics and ensure UK PAM Operational colleagues understand what the change means for them.
- Support in the identification of the root causes for resistance to change. Identify and remove blockages to delivery.
- Drive the sharing of knowledge across the UK PAM Operational Functions and actively participate in meetings with the wider Change network.
- Support members of the Operational Projects Team to ensure that activities supporting change are understood and delivered in line with expectations.
- Escalate any concerns to the Change Leads, Operations Director and / or Sponsors as appropriate to ensure that support is provided to strengthen colleague engagement.
Working Knowledge of the UK PAM Operational Functions
- Act as a Business Analyst Co-ordinator to aid on tasks specific to the UK PAM Operational Functions, such as requirements gathering, reporting on development and issue resolution.
- Assist in the development of an end-to-end perspective of the overall UK PAM Operational Functions, and work closely with members of the Operational Projects Team to assist in the appropriate management and understanding exists across the full range of process areas.
- Add value to the analysis of requirements through the application of knowledge of specific UK PAM activities.
- Take ownership of activities and issues as they arise, accessing and co-ordinating support as needed to see through to completion and ensuring progress is communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
- Provide design input, usability feedback and functionality need from the UK PAM Operational Functions.
- Assess the operational capacity to review and communicate the readiness of the relevant UK PAM Operational Function(s) to participate in and embrace the change.
- Engage with Quality Assurance, Process Owners, and Group Process Owners as necessary to ensure that the change is reflected in any appropriate process documentation.
System Performance
- Ensure the solution does what it is expected to do through process design, UAT and defect management.
- Support the evolution of the system in BAU to meet the changing needs of the UK PAM Operational Teams.
Development
- Deputise for the Change Leads and take ownership of actions as needed.
- Complete training appropriate to the relevant UK PAM Operational Functions to ensure that knowledge of the business operations, platform and process is maintained.
- As needed, prepare documentation, and co-ordinate / deliver appropriate training activities to ensure impacted users are supported through the change.
- Create a wide network of colleagues across UK PAM Operational Functions, other operational teams, IT and the Project and leverage these to achieve the best possible outcomes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills
Desirable
- Knowledge of UK PAM structure, IT platforms (client and JLL) and operating models
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Business Analyst / Business Partnering Experience
- Working knowledge of process improvement methodology
- Stakeholder Management Experience
