Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Innovator :
- Lead the development and execution of a forward-looking technology and innovation strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
You’ll be the architect of our technological roadmap, ensuring that we’re always ahead of the curve.
- Innovation Catalyst :
- Foster a culture of innovation across the company, encouraging creative thinking and new ideas. You’ll champion initiatives that explore emerging technologies and disrupt the status quo, turning bold ideas into game-changing products.
- Technology Leader :
- Oversee the integration of new technologies into our operations, ensuring they enhance efficiency, scalability, and competitive advantage.
You’ll guide the technical direction of the company, making strategic decisions about the tools, platforms, and processes we adopt.
- Cross-Functional Visionary :
- Collaborate closely with other C-level executives to align technology and innovation initiatives with broader business goals.
You’ll be the bridge between the technical and business sides of the organization, ensuring seamless execution of our innovation strategy.
- Product and Service Innovator :
- Drive the development of new products and services that leverage emerging technologies. Your insights will shape the next generation of offerings, positioning our client as a leader in the market.
- Thought Leader and Mentor :
- Lead and inspire a team of technologists, engineers, and innovators. You’ll be a mentor, helping your team grow their skills and realize their potential while fostering an environment where innovation thrives.
- Risk and Compliance Strategist :
- Ensure that all technological innovations are secure, compliant, and aligned with industry regulations. You’ll manage the balance between innovation and risk, ensuring that we push boundaries while maintaining integrity and trust.
Requirements
Required Skills :

Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Equivalent experience with a proven track record in technology leadership is also valued.
- Certifications in innovation management, Agile, or relevant emerging technologies are a plus. If you’ve published thought leadership pieces or spoken at tech conferences, we’d love to hear about it.
Experience Requirements :
10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years focused on innovation, emerging technologies, or digital transformation.
You’ve been at the forefront of technology and have the successes to show for it.
- Proven experience in driving innovation and technology strategies in fast-paced industries such as SaaS, fintech, or healthtech.
- Experience working in both B2B and B2C environments, with a deep understanding of how to leverage technology to meet diverse market needs.
