Systems Assembly Technician II
This role is responsible for the assembly of Engineered Systems projects to include modifications and changes during assembly phases.

Salary range : $35,000.00 - $56,000 based on Education and Experience
Hours : Monday Friday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Five years of practical assembly, wiring, troubleshooting measurement controls and related instrument and devices to include power supplies, pneumatics, gauges, valves, relays, and controllers.
Able to understand both digital and analog logic and devices.
Must be familiar with basic machining and calibrations techniques to assemble mechanical components and integrate them into a system.
Inform Supervisor / Lead on all aspects of current assembly projects to ensure compliance with specifications, project completion dates, suggest modification and advise of parts delays, requirements and needed requisitions.
Modify blueprints and drawing to as-builts (redline) and submit to Systems Engineer for approval.
Coordinate and maintain part shortages of Systems Projects and maintainprincipalaccountabilities for all issued items.
Five years of practical assembly, wiring, troubleshooting measurement controls and related instrument and devices to include power supplies, pneumatics, gauges, valves, relays, and controllers.
Education and / or Experience
Requires a high school diploma and some degree of vocational or technical trainingin electrical and electronics or associated field, ideally a 2-year technical degree or military experience.
Minimum of 2-5 years of related experience
Ability to work as a team under adverse conditions and severe time constraints.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work with or without supervision.
Ability to work with compressed air and gas pressures exceeded 100 psi and with electricity from 12vdc to 240 vac.
Able to read and interpret formal blueprints and drawings.
Able to troubleshoot and repair control instruments and devices.
