Job Responsibilities :
- Support to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams, and departments collaboratively and professionally with a confident and positive attitude.
- Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and service questions received via phone, sms, and / or internet including chat
- Assist in marketing and social media efforts
- Manager day-to-day tasks of the business development department.
- Manage and understand dealership sales processes and procedures.
- Utilize CRM tracking system
- Be able to calculate and measure productivity and hit sales goals
- Ensure all internet customer and incoming phone calls are answered and handled properly.
- Customer Retention and follow up is essential.
- Maintain accurate records and document all customer service actions and discussions.
- Keep track of all BDC set, kept, and sold customers.
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
