Salary : $18.00 - $23.00 / hr
AMG Home Healthcare Services, Inc. is looking for an Executive Assistant to assist with daily duties for our Home Health Agency location in 1200 NW 17th Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33445 .
Duties include, but are not limited to :
- Data Entry
- Report management & maintenance
- Healthcare staff coordination
- Communication with several MD offices & MD office staff
- Assistance in coordinating & communicating with patients, patient's family, & their assigned healthcare providers
- WellSky / Kinnser entries & report exports
- Providing exceptional general customer service at all times
- Phone call triage
- Participation in the orientation and onboarding of employees
- Assisting HR with personnel file maintenance
Additional details will be discussed during interview stage.
This is a full in-office position; no remote work opportunities are available at this time. This position is full-time; work schedule will be Monday - Friday.
Office is closed on weekends & holidays. On-call rotation is required for this position.
Qualified Individuals shall possess the following :
- Microsoft Office Proficiency (Will use Microsoft Excel & Word on a daily basis)
- English Proficiency (Must be proficient in both reading & writing in English)
- WellSky / Kinnser Knowledge is required. Must be able to comfortably navigate WellSky / Kinnser (Home Health version). Additional training will be provided.
- The ability to communicate in a clear, comfortable, & effective manner (both verbally and in writing)
- Must possess time management skills & be able to meet set deadlines as they are assigned
- The ability to pay attention to detail
- Staff coordination experience strongly preferred
- Healthcare terminology knowledge strongly preferred
