About The Role
The Sales Planning Manager is a key contributor to the sales planning team, responsible for coordinating between internal cross-functional teams and field sales stakeholders.
The role involves analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
The Sales Planning Manager will work closely with sales teams to establish clear sales targets aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Responsibilities include supporting the Sales Strategy team through analysis on pricing and promotional effectiveness, as well as tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
The role also involves leading the preparation for key channel customer meetings, category reviews, and trade shows, as well as assisting in the execution of new product launches.
Qualifications
- Successful track record as a Sales Manager with 5-7 years of experience in a relevant industry.
- Experience in coordinating between internal cross-functional teams and field sales stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Skilled in establishing clear sales targets aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Proficient in providing insights based on data to aid in the monthly forecasting process and adjust strategies accordingly.
