Position Overview :

We are seeking highly skilled attorneys to join our dynamic project team as Claims Contract Attorneys. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters.

Unlike traditional eDiscovery positions, this opportunity offers engaging legal responsibilities requiring analytical prowess and exceptional client interaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of claim documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Craft detailed responses to complex written inquiries from claimants and counsel, demonstrating adept legal understanding.
  • Manage and address intricate telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel with professionalism and expertise.
  • Receive guidance, training, and supervision from esteemed project directors, managers, coordinators, and other team members.
  • Uphold a standard of "best-in-class" customer service, fostering positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain the highest levels of professionalism, responsiveness, and quality in all aspects of work.

Qualifications :

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school; foreign law degree may be considered.
  • Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Previous litigation experience is preferred, showcasing your ability to navigate legal complexities.
  • Familiarity with class action and / or mass tort matters is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Proficiency in multitasking, efficiently managing various responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving project demands and timelines.
  • A customer-centric approach, delivering outstanding service to clients at every interaction.
