Client is in need of a Sales Support Representative to join their Inside Sales Team. In this dynamic role, you will support customers throughout the sales process, from order entry to shipping, ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.

As the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, you will provide product information, enter orders, and keep customers informed about their order status.

Your responsibilities will include verifying and reviewing customer and order information, communicating order details such as pricing and shipping dates, and recommending products to meet customer needs.

You will inspect outgoing orders, check inventory availability, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in order entry or customer service, strong analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
