Responsibilities
- Assist Compliance Manager analyze internal business systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
- Assist Compliance Manager with creating, modify, update and implement the company’s policies.
- Assist Compliance Manager with developing risk management strategies.
- Assist Compliance Manager with designing control systems to address cases of violation of internal business policies.
- Assist Compliance Manager with designing ongoing training programs for employees of the business.
- Liaise with other departmental heads to ensure that all business operations are in line with business policies.
- Advise the top management on business operations relating to investment, risks and any other policy development.
Qualifications
- Previous working experience as compliance manager for (x) years
- Knowledge and understanding of the industry’s regulations and best practices
- Hands-on experience with a variety of reporting operations and procedures
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
