Hybrid Real Estate Accountant - $100,000 / year
Join our dynamic team, arapidly growing asset management in real estate investments. We are seeking atalented Real Estate Accountant to support our expanding portfolio and contributeto our ambitious growth goals.
This role offers a competitive salary range of$100,000, with potential for higher compensation based on experience, plusbonus and possible equity.

Our work environment is hybrid, with in-office days on Tuesday,Wednesday, and Thursday, and remote work on Monday and Friday.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for a real estate investment fund
- Perform regular cash and transaction reconciliations for the REIT
- Assist in preparing financial statements, investor reports, and regulatory filings
- Prepare financial statements and related reporting for review
- Support and manage the external audit process, including quarterly reviews and diligence projects
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- CPA designation preferred
- 2+ years of experience in public accounting and / or real estate investment management
- Experience with Yardi accounting software is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications; experience with fund accounting systems preferred
