Maintain internal control safeguards for the receipt of revenue, costs and organizational budgets and actual expenditures
- In conjunction with ITT’s Motion Technologies Executive Management, establish and monitor financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, and reporting standards on a regularly recurring basis
- Coordinate and oversee the preparation of financial statements
- Coordinate activities of internal and external auditors, as needed
- Assess current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes
- Evaluate accounting and internal control systems
- Establish a budgeting process and manage the receipt and payment of all invoices, payments, and billing
- Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow
- Provide senior management with information vital to the decision-making process
- Supervision of others performance regarding accountant reconciliations and other accounting functions including reporting.
- Compiles Statistical data utilized to support footnotes to company financial statements.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Five to Seven years related experience in finance.
- Experience must include a specialized knowledge of general accounting principles and practices. CPA a plus or MBA.
- A proven track record of performance and accomplishments in growing corporation.
- Experience with Hyperion, Oracle or SAP, Lean Six Sigma preferred.
- Firm knowledge of GAP, CAS and industry best practices.
- Management experience
- Advanced computer skills.
- Advanced Excel experience
- Proven ability to drive process improvements : efficiency and effectiveness.

Equal Pay Act Range Annual Salary Range between $82,600 - $123,800 plus benefits
