Job Description : Event-Catering Executive Chef
We have an outstanding Event / Catering Executive Chef opportunity in the Bay Area. Competitive salary, benefits, busy work environment, and opportunity for career growth, are all part of the package.
This established company has a hands-on Chef-Owner and is looking for a good fit for their team. You will be the trainer for every new cook that joins our team.
We take great pride in the development of our management team.
Requirements : Ideal Candidate Must Have the Following
- Five or More Years High-Volume Full-Service Elevated Restaurant Cooking
- Five or More Years Elevated Catering / Event CDC or Executive Chef Experience
- Michelin / Beard Skilled and Experienced Desired
- Ability to supervise and ensure the smooth operation of offisite events and catering production
- Ability to impact labor cost and keep a mindful eye on the schedule
- Experience assigning kitchen duties to the kitchen team at the start of the event
- Ability to oversee training, cross-training, interviewing, and scheduling of team
- Strong kitchen organizational skills
- Skilled communicator that leads by example
- Honesty, integrity and guest advocate Mindset
Salary Range & Benefits
- Salary Package - $100k - $125k
