Requirements

Seeking an individual who has :

  • Prior transportation experience in Truckload / Local Cartage / Broker capacity.
  • The ability to adapt and be flexible in an environment where priorities and load schedules are constantly changing.
  • A high level of interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with drivers and customers verbally or in written / messaging format.
  • Knowledge of business processes, transportation and dispatch terminology.
  • The ability to multi-task, establish priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Participation skills in a team environment and able communicate effectively.
  • Geographical knowledge of the assigned metro area and the Midwest.
  • Truckmate (TMW) software experience (preferred).

Education / Experience :

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
