Flora , an authentic Italian restaurant on the Michelin Guide since 2023, is seeking a talented and dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team.

As a Line Cook at Flora , you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations under the guide of our Executive Chef, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.

You will collaborate with our experienced culinary team to prepare and execute our menu items, adhering to established recipes and techniques.

Tuesday to Friday 3 : 00 pm - 10 : 00 pm (approx.)

Saturday 10 : 00 am - 3 : 00 pm + 4 : 00 pm - 10 : 00 pm (approx.)

Sunday 10 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm (approx.)

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES WILL INCLUDE :

• Preparing ingredients and cooking dishes according to our recipes and standards
• Assisting with food preparation, such as chopping vegetables and butchering meat
• Operating kitchen equipment and ensuring their proper maintenance and cleanliness
• Plating dishes attractively and ensuring portion control
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Maintaining a clean and organized work station at all times
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Uses time efficiently in the kitchen
• Lead on the line during service

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU :

• 2-5 years of experience as a Line Cook at a full-service restaurant
• MUST have food handlers certificate
• Able to lift 40 lb without assistance
• Proficient knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine and culinary techniques
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
