Responsibilities

Director of Human Resources

A desirable opportunity exists for a highly accomplished professional to direct all aspects of the human resources team in a complex business environment and on a campus setting.

This hands-on generalist role will be responsible for ensuring success in employee relations, training and development, recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits and administration of HR policies and programs.

The selected candidate will be part of the community's management team and partner with its members. Advises and counsels senior management and participates as a key decision maker regarding employment and workplace practices.

Contributes to the successful operation of the community as well as employee and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants will possess a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources with prior supervisory responsibility required.

Bachelor's Degree is required, Master's Degree and experience in senior living or hospitality industry is preferred. PHR, SPHR certification is preferred.

Additional requirements include :

  • Strong managerial and leadership skills including the ability to think and act strategically.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and delegate responsibilities to ensure satisfactory completion of all tasks on a timely basis.
  • Excellent analytical and deductive reasoning skills.
  • Excellent judgment and problem solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication and platform speaking skills.
  • Broad financial acumen. Ability to develop and manage the department's budget.
  • Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an HRIS.

Pay Range

USD $101,330.00 - USD $131,741.00 / Yr.
