In this role youwill :
- Provide support across avariety of branch locations within a specific geography where abanker or teller is out of the office or to temporarily covervacancies
- Be flexible and adaptable to changingpriorities and new surroundings while meeting customerneeds
- Participate in delivery of exceptionalcustomer experience by building relationships through proactiveoutreach as well as proposing appropriate products services anddigital solutions to help customers succeedfinancially
- Assist customers with basicrequests related to opening new accounts completing servicerequests and submitting creditapplications
- Receive direction from managersand exercise judgment within defined policies andprocedures
- Develop understanding of bankproducts and services to connect to customersneeds
- Interact with customers to demonstratecare and build relationships
- Provideappropriate options for bank products and services tocustomer
- Refer customers financial needs toother bankers and partners as needed
- This SAFEposition has customer contact and job duties which may include theoffering / negotiating of terms and / or taking an application for adwelling secured transaction.
As such this position requirescompliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and allrelated regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meetingall such requirements including acceptable background investigationresults.
Individuals in a SAFE position also must meet the LoanOriginator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the jobexpectations below

Individuals in LoanOriginator (LO) positions must meet the Consumer FinancialProtection Bureau qualification requirements and comply withrelated Wells Fargo policies.
The LO qualification requirementsinclude meeting applicable financial responsibility charactergeneral financial fitness and criminal background standards.
Acurrent credit report will be used to assess your financialresponsibility and credit fitness however a credit score is notincluded as part of the evaluation.
