Onsite Field Support Technician :
Epic Go Live from All Scripts
- Go Live is end of September (why training needs to be done then)
- 3 + month long project
Start Date : 1st week of July >
training for our team begins to understand issues they will be helping with, how to help practitioners go to the LMS site, how to work through hardware troubleshooting
Need to know proper escalation paths (no additional hardware in the room either so they will be on the spot support)
- Need to figure out the site they will be doing training at : TBD
- May be a week long
Onboarding and Compliance 3-4 weeks with the medical
- COVID vax required
- Medical compliance required
- Marijuana testing
- $19 / hour for everyone
Mid-July" start date
Will need minor pre-training before that (July 1st estimated date)
Project Scope
This will help support training labs opening up
- 30,000 practitioners going through EPIC training, learn EPIC modules, etc.
- Setting up 26 dedicated training rooms (large computer rooms)
- We will be putting "Proctors" which are field technicians providing on demand support
- Hardware support for PCs
- Network Troubleshooting
- Log in issues for practitioners
- Functionality support for finding sites or areas they need to go on their computer to do training they need to do
- They WILL NOT be needing to know or learn EPIC, those bigger EPIC issues will get escalated
Schedule
7-3p and 3-11 : Need contractors to be flexible
- Practitioners register for a time slot to go do training so that there's not an overflow of practitioners in each of the 26 training rooms
- We will need to ensure we're covering those rooms all times with our techs
- M-F and potentially Saturday floaters ; 40 hours / week max (no OT)
- Could have Tues-Sat shift
Duration : 12 weeks through end of Sept. ; shouldn't scale back earlier than that ; could extend with the post-go live support

Resource Headcount
55 resources approx. split between sites
- All level 1 technicians
- $19 / hour for everyone

- 2 people per room (5 rooms 10-12 people)

Attached is the map of all the locations we will be supporting. We will coordinate to see which location is closest to you and that will be your site.

Parking should be paid for downtown sites
