Responsibilities :
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately across multiple databases.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues, answer product-related questions, and guide customers through processes.
- Ensure customer data is accurately recorded and updated in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain data reports and summaries for management as needed.
- Follow company protocols for data management, privacy, and customer service best practices.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in data entry or customer service is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
