Job Description
The mission of the Boston Public Health Commission (BPHC) is to protect, preserve, and promote the health and well-being of all Boston residents, particularly the most vulnerable.

Duties
- Under general supervision, performs security related activities on BPHC buildings and grounds.
- Protects and safeguards BPHC property from fire, theft, vandalism and illegal entry.
- Responsible for scheduling coverage for all shifts under administrative direction.
- Supervises employees; trains, evaluates and recommends discipline for staff; reviews the work of subordinates for completeness, accuracy and content.
- Review, ensure, and submit that all employee time documents are accurate.
- Distributing paychecks.
- Prepares reports as needed.
- Attends regularly scheduled meetings.
- Performs duties and responsibilities in accordance with BPHC standards and policies.
- Performs other duties as required.
