Customer Service Representative
We are looking for individuals who are open to any shift including Full Time, Part Time, evenings and weekends

The Customer Service Team works proactively in a fast-paced environment to monitor customer orders and ensure seamless delivery to the customer.
When a customer contacts our support team via phone, email, or chat, we empower our Customer Service Team to resolve the issue.
We are passionate about our customers and work to delight them on every interaction with Hotels at Home.
What You'll Do
- Build a relationship with the customer throughout the call
- Service customers with pre-and-post order inquiries (shopping assistance, returns, replacements, refunds, delivery status, back ordered items, issues with fulfillment)
- Identify areas of improvement and convey trends in customer calls to leadership
- Navigate multiple software applications and technologies simultaneously
- Use conflict management skills and maintain professional composure
