We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Operational Excellence Manager at our Old Leake site just outside Boston.

With around 700 employees, we product c hilled Italian ready meals and modern deli products for a dedicated customer.

About the role.

In this challenging and varied role, as a member of the Operational Excellence team you’ll be supporting projects that are in line with the manufacturing strategy and are imperative to the group objectives / success.

Shaping and delivering the Bakkavor Operating System into the Boston site. Alongside designing and deploying methodologies and processes to support the delivery of performance improvement projects in line with the manufacturing strategy.

You will provide financial governance of project delivery costs ensure project are delivered on time and to budget.

About you.

With a proven track record in an operational role you’ll :

• Have experience of financial analysis,
• Be an influential communicator, who thrives on challenges,
• Be passionate about identifying and driving continuous improvement and work in partnership with our manufacturing and site teams,
• Be skilled at presentation, relationship building, influencing and facilitation,
• Have experience leading a Continuous Improvement strategy.
• Have in-depth knowledge of multiple Lean / CI / OPEX tools and methodologies.

You could be working in an Operational Excellence role or Factory Leadership looking for your next challenge.
