This position will work with the Corporate Talent Acquisition team and may liaison with the Property Management Talent Acquisition team helping to support the full-cycle recruiting of candidates into our Development & Construction, Investment, Property Management, Enterprise, C-suite and HQ lines of business.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Responsibilities for Corporate Recruiting :
1. Responsible for TA metrics and analytics tracking, including maintaining open positions and new hires reports, and TA metrics dashboard (time to fill, time to hire, cost avoidance, cost per hire, etc).
2. Works with Corporate Talent Acquisition team to pull together monthly open internal positions report, pulling together headshots, open internal positions, job titles, and bios.
3. Assists in scheduling candidate interviews for hiring managers, arranging flight and hotel reservations for prospective candidates, and assisting with the candidate process in Workday where applicable.
4. Processes invoices and tracks reimbursements related to our new hire relocation bonuses.
5. Works with the Corporate Talent Acquisition team to support the Company's immigration matters, including posting jobs, tracking candidate applications, and processing invoices.
6. Works with Greystar's IT team to order ensure corporate new hire laptops, IT equipment, and software access are configured appropriately and shipped out in time for start dates.
7. Handles the onboarding process of corporate new hires, including sending new hire documents and tracking hiring manager completion of new hire tasks.
8. Supports TA Managers with presentations and reporting as needed.
Skills, Knowledge :
2-3 years experience.
Strong PPT and Excel skills, with ability to synthesize data and deliver high level presentation materials
Interest in HR / Talent Acquisition
Experience with PowerBI preferred

Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
Corporate Positions : In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions : In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and / or quarterly bonus based on budget.
