SGA Lists, LLC is a hospitality-focused staffing group based in Saratoga Springs, NY . We are seeking FSW workers, and grill cooks to join our team in Albany, NY, and help support our clients by providing excellent service to guests.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic attitude towards serving guests and co-workers. This position begins January 17th.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items on the grill, ensuring high-quality and flavorful dishes.
• Operate kitchen equipment and appliances safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, cutting, and assembling ingredients.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a grill cook or in a similar food service role.
• Knowledge of grill cooking techniques and a variety of cuisines.
• Ability to handle kitchen equipment and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
