FOOD SERVICE WORKER / COOK
The position is responsible for food preparation and maintaining all aspects of food preparation and clean up in accordance with all health and sanitary codes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain all requirements set forth in the health and sanitary codes
- Responsible for operation and upkeep of dishwashing room and equipment
- Be responsible for cleanliness of work area and equipment following established cleaning procedures
- Keep clean and filled all condiment dispensers
- Wash dishes, pots and utensils.
- Clean food service areas and equipment as assigned.
- Assist in food preparation and prepare meals as assigned.
- Prepare tables for meals according to guidelines
- Prepare special requests as required. Prepare and pack all meals for scheduled fieldtrips and cookout and provide support as needed.
- Serve food
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be able to read and write with skill to perform all job duties.
Food Service Worker 1 requires 1 year of experience.
