Business Management Associate
What can you expect?
Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the COO, providing expert guidance and support in decision-making processes and operational strategies
Collaborate closely with the COO to develop and execute the organization's strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Prepare and coordinate high-level materials for executive meetings, including board presentations, strategic plans, and performance reports
Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making
Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication, working closely with department heads to ensure effective implementation of operational plans
Monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic initiatives, providing regular updates and performance reports to the COO and executive team
Identify operational inefficiencies and areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions to optimize business processes and enhance productivity
Oversee the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the organization
Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, promoting effective communication, teamwork, and professional development within the organization

What you need to have :
3-5 years of experience in Business Management, with progressive increase in responsibilities
Prior investment experience with Defined Contribution Plans, Pensions & Not-For-Profit organizations is a plus
Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, business or related field of study preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills, clear and effective communication, both written and oral; ability to multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
General experience with client relationship management systems, databases and MS Smart Sheets is advantageous
