Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with the DFW office of a national litigation boutique law firm in their search for a litigation associate attorney in Texas.
The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in and be located in the State of Texas and meet the following requirements :
- At least one year of prior commercial or business litigation experience.
- Experience assisting with or managing all phases of litigation, including propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions and preparing for and attending hearings, mediation and trial.
- Prior experience working in either a litigation boutique law firm or full-service law firm setting are preferred.
- Position offers remote work within Texas, must be available to travel within Texas for hearings, mediation and trial as needed.
- Firm offers a collegial environment, with an opportunity to develop trial skills and be provided with training and mentorship.
- A competitive salary and benefits package are offered.
All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
