Location : Tulsa, OK or Denver, CO
Full-Time Permanent $85,000 to $100,000 Basic Salary Per Annum

What You’ll Do
As the Lead NOC Engineer / NOC Manager , you’ll be the last point of escalation for complex network issues while also managing and mentoring a team of NOC Engineers .
Your expertise will be critical in ensuring uptime, resolving critical incidents, and continuously improving our network operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Act as the final point of escalation for all technical issues within the NOC.
- Monitor network performance , troubleshoot outages, and ensure proactive incident management.
- Oversee the NOC team , providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new tools and optimize processes.
- Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring minimal service disruption.
- Work with senior leadership (directly reporting to the VP of Network Operations) to refine and enhance thier NOC procedures, improving response times and efficiency.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and ensure 24 / 7 network availability - 1 in 4 at the moment, but as they grow you will come out of rotation.
What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of experience in a NOC or network engineering role.
- Strong expertise in network protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and troubleshooting tools.
- Proficient in Cisco, Juniper , and other leading network technologies it is imperative this is in a Internet Service Provider Experience.
- Experience with monitoring tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to guide teams in high-pressure situations.
- Proven track record in managing escalations and ensuring network reliability.
