The Training Analyst will coordinate the delivery of external training services, contribute to new course curriculum, assist with training delivery, and utilize the LMS software to plan, deliver, and track the California Department of Insurance's (CDI) training initiatives.
This is a 12-month limited term position, which may be extended up to 24 months or become a permanent position.

Working Conditions
- The incumbent must be able to work in a high-rise building.
- The incumbent may telework in accordance with CDI's Telework Policy. Teleworking employees may be required to report to their headquarters office location on designated telework days.
Travel expenses are not reimbursed, however other authorized transit subsidies do exist for those who qualify

1. Outline your experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS) or similar database. If you do not have experience, please explain your technical knowledge and what steps you would take to quickly learn a system.
2. Describe a time that you had to meet a tight deadline on a project while also managing day to day tasks. What steps did you take? What was the end result?
