Office Associate
Partner with a top accounting firm
Schedule : on-site Monday-Thursday; 8 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm.
Payrate : $ 19 / hr.
Location : Downtown Philadelphia, PA
Responsibilities :
- Answer the multi-line phone system and respond to a high-volume email inbox.
- Greet all guests, clients, and visitors that arrive on-site; checking them into the building and logging the information into the computer system.
- Help with the coordination of vendors upon their arrival on-site.
- Redistribute delivered mail to the appropriate recipient and / or department on-site; send out mail and packages during scheduled mail runs.
- Book conference rooms; organize conference rooms to make sure they are in a presentable condition and client's requests are met.
