Job Title : Process Tech / Supervisor
Job Description
Tiercon is a supplier of exterior components & systems to the automotive industry. We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team at the Coplas facility located at 18 1 / 2 Mile & Mound.
This role requires a hands-on supervisor who will spend 95% of their time on the floor. Responsibilities include performing 1-3 mold changes per day, setting molds for production, and conducting light maintenance tasks such as fixing hydraulic leaks or broken water lines.
The Supervisor will also manage performance, handle disciplinary actions if necessary, and complete end-of-shift paperwork, including scrap and production numbers.
Shift : Swing Shift (7pm - 3am). Must be open to early / later shift times and coverage of other shifts as needed.

This is a fully on-site position in STERLING HEIGHTS, Michigan.
Work Environment
Working at Coplas inside the AGSimpson facility at the 18 1 / 2 mile location. The facility has 60 employees and handles all plastic steps for AGSimpson.
The facility includes 1,100 - 2,200 ton presses (magnetic) and has 8 - 15 people on the 2nd shift. Safety gear such as steel-toed boots and safety glasses are required.
