We are seeking anexperienced and highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) tojoin our growing team. As a key member of the executive team theCFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of thecompany and providing strategic financial guidance to ensure thecompanys continued success.
KeyResponsibilities :
Develop andimplement financial strategies and plans in line with the companysoverall objectives
Oversee all financial operationsincluding budgeting forecasting and financial reporting
Monitor and analyze financial performance identifying areas forimprovement and implementing corrective actions
Managecash flow and ensure adequate liquidity to meet operationalneeds
Conduct risk management and ensure compliance withall financial regulations and standards
Provide financialinsights and recommendations to support key businessdecisions
Collaborate with other departments to developand implement costsaving initiatives
Lead the preparationof financial statements reports and presentations for seniormanagement and external stakeholders
Manage relationshipswith banks investors and other financial institutions
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensureefficient and effective financial management
Mentor andsupervise the finance team providing guidance and support asneeded
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field; MBA orCPA preferred
Minimum of 8 years of experience infinancial management with at least 5 years in a leadershiprole
Proven track record of successfully developing andimplementing financial strategies in a finance company
Indepth knowledge of financial regulations standards and bestpractices
Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills
Proactive resultsoriented and able to work underpressure
Proficient in financial management software andMicrosoft Office suite
Fluency in English and Arabic isrequired
