Description
The Liaison, Creative + Content Operations role provides quality assurance and content compliance support to the Creative + Content department, in consultation and partnership with the Brand Center of Excellence.
As a key member of our team, you’ll uphold established guidelines and best practices for in-house style and brand consistency in ALSAC marketing materials, creative assets, and online content for St. Jude Inspire.
Responsibilities :
- Apply sound judgment while working independently within tight timelines, demonstrating attention to detail and commitment to quality across all products.
- Proficiently proofread and edit content, adhering to best practices, grammar rules, and AP Style.
- Manage multiple projects and future planning simultaneously, ensuring seamless collaboration with content creators and other editorial and creative staff.
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, for internal and external relations.
- Understand complex verbal or written instructions and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Demonstrate clear communication skills and the ability to work well with others
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of experience in content development and proofreading.
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines and their importance.
- Preferred proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
