We are offering an opportunity for a Credit Clerk in Rock Hill, South Carolina. This role is within the financial services industry and is a short term contract position.
The Credit Clerk will be responsible for handling customer accounts, processing credit applications, and addressing customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Manage business to business collections and reconciliations, ensuring prompt resolution of any invoice issues.
- Handle inbound calls and written communication with customers, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Use accounting software systems to maintain accurate customer records.
- Process customer credit applications efficiently, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
- Manage and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary.
- Work with credit card applications, lien waivers, and other credit-related tasks as required.
- Use ADP - Financial Services to carry out billing functions.
- Utilize Business Systems for efficient check processing.
- Ensure collection processes are adhered to and regularly reviewed for effectiveness.
- Use skills in Accounts Receivable (AR) to manage and get through accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services
- Knowledge of Banner Ads creation and management
- Familiarity with Business systems
- Understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls
- Experience with Billing Functions
- Proficiency in Check Processing
- Understanding of Collection Processes
- Ability to use Chef software
