The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, guest relations, and using point-of-sale systems.Responsibilities :
- Greet guests immediately upon their arrival* Engage with guests while walking them to their table* Manage waitlists and reservations for the restaurant and golf bays* Take to-go orders and process payments using our Point of Sale system* Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction* Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries* Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area* Assist with bussing tables as needed* All other duties as assignedExperience :
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or guest services* Experience using Point of Sale systems* Strong communication skills and phone etiquette* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBenefits
