We are looking for an experienced Dental Patient Care Coordintator.
Duties :
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Assist with insurance verification and billing
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Provide information about treatment options and answer patient questions
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction
Experience :
- Previous experience in a dental office setting
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Open Dental" software experience (is a big plus!!)
