Federal HR Subject Matter Expert

Redan LLC is looking for a Federal HR Subject Matter Expert to be part of a growing team in the federal sector.

As a Federal HR Subject Matter Expert , you will support multiple Agile teams to support Agile design, development, and sustainment of human capital systems for our Federal Government customer.

This project covers the implementation and support for our customer's human capital systems. A passion for performance, strong desire for quality conformance, and attention to detail are prerequisites for this position.

Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills with client stakeholders at all organizational and technical levels and be adaptive to the organization's changing needs.

The right candidate must be able to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and demonstrate excellent time management while w orking in an agile environment, providing technical knowledge and development to the team throughout all agile ceremonies.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Federal HR Subject Matter Expert at Redan, you will :

• P rovid e guidance and expertise to TSA stakeholders. This expertise will cover Federal HR policies, workflows, and best practices from both a functional and system perspective.
• Be responsible for all aspects of Federal human capital but focus on recruitment business processes and data management.
• W ork closely with customers, business analysts and process consultants, and team members to understand business requirements and create system designs that align with business and IT strategies while remaining compliant with Federal and TSA HR policies.
• C ollaborate with team members across teams within an agile framework and you must communicate clearly and effectively with other team members and customer stakeholders.

Note : Based upon experience and expertise , resource will be called from time to time to advise project team and client .

Primary Job Duties :

• Advisory subject matter services - 60%
• Requirement Gathering / User Story Creation - 20%
• Solution Design - 20%

Profile of Success

Required

Minimum 5 years experience + Bachelor Degree or equivalent ( Associate degree +2 years experience ; 6 years experience ;

or relevant professional certification); Successful completion of higher education which has not resulted in a degree may be counted as one year of experience.

• Career level experience with a complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts.
• Must be able to work under only general direction, providing technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
• Must i ndependently determine and develop approach to solutions.
• Experience creating requirements and design for Federal HC business process workflows and dashboards.
• Experience creating requirements and design for Federal Recruitment business process workflows and dashboards.
• Experience working with Federal HC integrations and partners, including but not limited to USA Staffing, EHRI, eOPF , and other similar systems.
• Must have excellent customer relationship management skills including effective oral and written communications.

Nice to Have

• Agile certification, preferably with SAFe .
• Experience with enterprise design thinking.

• Bachelor's Degree is required (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5-year position related experience is required
