Job Responsibilities
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform daily rounds-check restrooms, offices, common areas, lighting, refrigeration, and room temperatures.
- Attend to any work orders and internal service requests.
- Maintain all Facilities and Operating Systems in a safe and efficient working order.
- Complete assigned tasks in a safe, timely manner.
- Work with outside contractors to provide necessary improvements or maintenance as directed.
- Maintain records of all work activities and support materials.
- Provide written reports to other departments as needed.
- Provide for safe disposal of all waste material.
- Maintain tools and work area in a safe, secure, and efficient manner.
- Work with other departments when directed.
- Keep track of supplies and fill out requisitions for needed supplies.
- Assist with preventative maintenance in common areas and back-of-house spaces.
- Perform advanced electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Provide supervision of other maintenance personnel.
The above-listed duties are not all-inclusive. This position is expected to perform other work-related duties as assigned even though they may not be considered primary duties
Qualifications
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must have a flexible schedule to include working nights and weekends.
- Previous maintenance experience.
- Basic skills required with computers.
- Must pass a background check.
Preferred
- Electrical, EPA or HVAC certified
- Trade School Diploma / Certificate
- Bilingual : English / Spanish
SOFTWARE AND SERVICES USED
- Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Training Provided : Momentus, Tessitura, Concur, Hello Sign, and ADP
