Work on DRAM or Flash semiconductor memory products manufactured by the company. These DRAM or Flash semiconductors memory products are utilized in various industries, such as Automotive / Mobile / Servers / Computers and more.

Monitor the Electrical Metrics related to the reliability and outgoing product quality, identify / contain / dispose any non-conforming products, and drive projects to improve the product quality and reliability.

Work with process engineering groups to understand the failure mechanisms of quality deviation event to assess the outgoing product quality, work with the related groups on corrective and preventive actions to mitigate the future recurrences.

Provide product Quality improvement through EFA Electrical Failure Analysis , data mining and new part qualification support.

Provide continuous improvement of the quality of product delivered by MTV in order to exceed expectations of the business plan and external customers.

Interface with Process Integration / Product Engineering to improve Yields, reliability, and manufacturability. Drive key deliverables and improvement programs for Micron internal quality metrics NCD, Product Grade and PTS.

Monitor Global quality dashboard and investigate on reliability metric not meeting goals. Lead the analysis of multiple data sources and ensure appropriate feedback is given to customer.

Work in collaboration with multiple engineering groups including PI / RDA / Manufacturing to help identify existing containment action and work towards continuous improvement action.

Apply advanced principles to detect and evaluate reliability issues. Work with other fabrication sites for improvement of Product Qualification Failures through the 8D and FMEA processes.

Proactively identify potential quality and reliability concerns, drive actions to mitigate, contain deviated material. Apply advanced principles and past knowledge of reliability to evaluate and act on potential reliability issues.

Link product layout and how it relates to process marginality and product testing.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Micro-Electronics, Physics or related field.
