SCOPE OF THEPROJECT :

TheDivision of Technology Services is responsible for developingimplementing maintaining and obtaining multiple mission criticalapplications for the Department of SocialServices.

TheDepartment seeks a highly motivated individual who has the skillsfor the software development to be part of the Web ApplicationDevelopment team to continue the delivery of new ReEngineeringprojects.

Requirements

REQUIREDSKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OFIMPORTANCE) :

7 years of experience independently designing and implementingmedium to largescale software systems and components using .netarchitectures.

5 years experience developing datadriven applications utilizingsignificant relational database engines as part of the overallapplicationarchitecture.

5 years experience building webbased software systems utilizingNtier architectures dynamic content highly scalable approaches andcomplex securitymodels / implementations

Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and at least twoapplications database messaging or web serversystems.

Successful design and implementation of multiple softwarecomponents andsubsystems.

Ability to communicate the design and implementation of softwaresystems including relevant strengths / weaknesses and reasons forimplementationdecisions.

Ability to communicate (orally and written) effectively withtechnical nontechnical staff and customers / stakeholders as neededor directed.

Ability to communicate effectively with the DSS and other Stateinformation technologystaff
