Floating Assistant Director of Nursing(ADON)
CentersHealth Care is seeking a FloatingADON to join our corporate clinical team that willbe available to rotate throughout various facilities in Upstate NewYork.

DUTIES :
- Assist the DNS with managementresponsibilities and in maintaining quality of care.
- Responsible for Staff Education & will serve as theInfection Control Officer.
- Assist withcompliance and ensure effective communication with all levels ofnursing staff.
- Meet the nursing medicalneeds of all residents.
- Coordinate anddirect the total planning for nursing services.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of general nursingtheory and practice.
- Responsible for theaccurate and timely completion of medical records.
- Assist with interviewing hiring and orienting of newnursing staff.
- Maintain flexibility withwork schedules to address unpredictable needs.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Current New York State RN license required.
- Min. 3 yrs. exp. in LongTerm Care settings
- Must have prior exp. training clinical staff
- Excellent Communication Skills required
- Evidence of basic leadership skills and supervision.
