Job Summary :
We at Azend Pharma are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll, benefits, and HR practices.
Responsibilities :
- Manage benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Process payroll and maintain accurate records for state employment
- Assist in accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
- Analyze and prepare HR reports for management
- Utilize ADP and other financial software for HR functions
- Collaborate with other departments on general entries
Qualifications :
- Associate's degree or higher
- I-9 and E-Verify knowledge
- Proven experience in benefits payroll processing
- Familiarity with ADP or similar HR software
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data accurately
