Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in :
- Performing building / fire code consultation
- Developing contract documents for fire alarm, fire protection and fire suppression systems (including Special Suppression Systems)
What you will bring to the team :
- Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related field
- Engineering-in-Training (EIT) preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in the evaluation and / or design of Fire Protection Systems
- Familiarity with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standards, including Life Safety Code Requirements for both new construction and modifications to existing buildings
- Exposure to the application of fire modeling (. FDS, CONTAM, Pathfinder, CFAST,
- AutoCAD and / or REVIT design capability and experience a plus
