About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Foundations group. You will use your problem-solving skills, data driven approach and technical acumen to craft and execute the vision and roadmap for helping our users self-serve when needed, and our internal admins to help users if required.

You will work alongside engineers, product managers and leadership to define the product strategy and roadmap for your area of expertise, serve as the point of contact for the engineering and design teams throughout the development cycle, and individually contribute to implement key projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining the main problems to solve, how the team should measure success and how to get external teams onboarded with your vision.

What you'll do here :

  • Think client first. Own your team vision, roadmap, execution and communication to all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with the engineering team to identify the top opportunities, deliver innovative solutions and drive the adoption of them.
  • Measure the product's success by defining and assessing KPIs and OKRs.
  • Bring industry leading best practices and thought leadership to influence how the company should approach self-service at scale

Requirements :

  • 4+ years of hands-on product management experience. Experience working on B2B client facing roles is a strong plus.
  • M.S. or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field
  • Experience in sizing opportunities and translating them into products, features and processes that deliver value.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts, and being able to translate these to different stakeholders
  • Strong at storytelling in order to get everyone excited about your vision. Both technical and non technical colleagues.
  • Be comfortable with a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Salary Range : $112,000-$168,000, plus 15% bonus potential
