The Construction Project Manager will oversee all facets of current projects and manage the subcontractors and budgets.

Responsibilities include occasional bid estimating, safety oversight, subcontractor management, budget and fee control.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Ability to perform billing projections.
- Ability to read, understand and build construction schedules.
- Ability to understand different codes.
- Ability to solicit cost as relates to CO work with zero assistance (subcontractors negotiation).
- Perform project management responsibilities on larger projects.
- Active role in project cost control.
- Strong ability to perform take-off.
- Strong understanding of Bluebeam and other project software.
- Continuing education / courses.
- Active role in process development.
- Ability to prepare subcontracts, OCO, SCO, RFI, and Submittals.
Qualifications
- 3+ years Project Management experience
- Strong MEP Background
- Attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts.
- ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.
- Associates Degree required. Bachelors Degree preferred.
