We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant groups operations K To Z Collective owners of West Avenue Grille, Pizza Wheel, The Highland Restaurant & Bar & Taco Kidz Food Truck.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring quality service, outstanding food, and maximizing profitability.
You will also be responsible for managing and motivating a team of staff members, ensuring they work together efficiently and effectively.
Proven experience in restaurant management or a related field.· Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills.
Implement and adhere to best management practices. Proficiency and ability to meet deadlines.· Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing a positive experience for customers.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage the overall operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.
- Enforcing our policies and procedures that ensure efficient and effective restaurant operations.
- Help execute our menus, ensuring that they are appealing, and satisfying to our customers.
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies, ensuring that the restaurant is adequately stocked.
- Train, and manage staff members, ensuring they are motivated, productive, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Be involved in helping implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase customer traffic.
