Objective : Restaurant Asst' General Manager oversees the overall operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, controlling inventory and costs, handling budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
The GM also drives marketing efforts, resolves customer complaints, and collaborates with suppliers, ensuring a positive dining experience while maximizing profitability.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years culinary leadership experience, preferably in a high profile, culinary driven environment.
- Proven ability to deliver superior operational performance.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Associate or bachelor's Degree in culinary arts highly preferred.
Training :
Our managers complete a 8-week training program. You will participate in a hands-on rotational training program, giving you experience working with our first-class culinary and service professionals.
The training is intense, and the education is invaluable!
