We tell engaging stories to millions of viewers, and we are looking for a Staff Product Manager to join the Global WBD Streaming Growth Product Team for our suite of products.
Position Summary
The Staff Product Manager - Growth Analytics & Insights will help the Global WBD Streaming Growth Product Team plan and execute initiatives across multiple WBD Streaming programs.
This team member will directly support key daily and weekly business insights used to coordinate, collaborate, and execute against these WBD Streaming programs.
They will manage workstreams and milestones independently within the Growth Product team, while also partnering closely with Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams to support WBD Streaming initiatives.
To do so, they will effectively collaborate across disciplines in a matrixed and geographically diverse team.
A successful person in this role will have strong product and project management, analytical, data, and problem-solving, skills.
They will communicate effectively, both in writing, presenting, and verbally. They will build effective and productive relationships by fostering trust and communicating clearly.
They will be organized, have a bias to action, enjoy diving into details and data, and be curious to learn all facets of the products and projects they support.
They will also be bold to advise program leadership on what can be improved, what the team needs to thrive, what initiatives should be prioritized, and why.
Responsibilities
Develop data strategies and data visualizations for optimal KPI reporting.
Work with the growth product team and cross-functional stakeholders to refine data strategy, surface key insights to better engage current consumers, as well as attract and retain new customers.
Prepare and publish monthly DTC KPI’s and deliver actionable and timely ad-hoc analysis and reporting to help drive informed decision making, including test and learn initiatives.
Ensure each Growth Product team member has the information needed to effectively deliver their key priorities.
Foster effective collaboration and systems that help teams execute both internally and with other stakeholders
Work with team members to identify risks and opportunities across multiple programs
Develop relationships with other Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Technical Program Managers, to drive alignment, identify risks and opportunities.
Requirements
5+ years' experience as a product data analyst or product data scientist within a technology or digital organization.
Experience contributing to valued roles on high profile, multi-faceted products
Experience delivering all phases of a project, including planning, design, development, and implementation
Experience building and presenting business reviews and recommendations to share with senior leadership
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with c-suite presentations a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a high-degree of autonomous ownership
A love of working closely with others to empower them to excel and teach what they know
Curiosity and a willingness to learn from mistakes and from others
Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and Looker a plus.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required.
Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and / or performance.
Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range : $126,350.
00 - $234,650.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
