Are you a compassionate, experienced healthcare leader with a drive for excellence? Mineral Springs , a newly acquired, small-company facility, is seeking a dedicated Administrator to lead and inspire our team.
With a new department head team in place, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our resident-centered care and build a culture of teamwork, growth, and community.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance
- Lead and mentor the new department head team to foster a collaborative, results-oriented work environment
- Develop and implement initiatives that enhance resident experience and quality of life
- Manage budgeting, staffing, and facility resources to ensure efficiency and sustainability
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community
Qualifications :
- Current NH Nursing Home Administrator license
- Proven experience in healthcare administration, preferably in long-term care or a senior living environment
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Passion for creating a positive, resident-centered culture
- Ability to work collaboratively with a small, dedicated team to achieve operational excellence
