Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance
• Lead and mentor the new department head team to foster a collaborative, results-oriented work environment
• Develop and implement initiatives that enhance resident experience and quality of life
• Manage budgeting, staffing, and facility resources to ensure efficiency and sustainability
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community

Qualifications :

• Current NH Nursing Home Administrator license
• Proven experience in healthcare administration, preferably in long-term care or a senior living environment
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Passion for creating a positive, resident-centered culture
• Ability to work collaboratively with a small, dedicated team to achieve operational excellence
