Director of Staff Development (DSD) - CCRC / SNF

We are seeking an experienced Director of Staff Development for Thousand Oaks, CA . LVN is required.
This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a trusted skilled nursing operator. Our client places employees at the forefront.
You can expect a salary base around $100,000. This role is hiring immediately.

Qualifications
- Current State LVN or LPN License
- 2 years experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Senior Living, Memory Care, or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Development Director, Director of Development, Human Resources Director, or equivalent
- Great skills in communication, organization, professionalism, and management
Responsibilities
Managing the learning and development of all Licensed Vocational Nurses
Coordinating orientation for new staff
Overseeing daily schedules
Maintaining personnel records that comply with state and federal regulations
